1 General Provisions and Acceptance

By using bik33 (referring collectively to www.bik33.lat and all associated services as the "Platform"), you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bik33 and you ("User" or "Member"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

• These Terms apply to all types of gaming, betting, and casino services.
• bik33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• These Terms published in the Bengali language constitute the final and authoritative document.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

Registration Requirements

• Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or made available for use by a third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bik33 may request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility Requirements

bik33 is a gaming platform operated exclusively for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• bik33 may request proof of age at any time, and the account may be restricted until verification is complete.
• If identified as a minor, the account will be cancelled and the balance will be forfeited.
• Guardians must ensure that minors do not use this Platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards Policy

All bonuses and promotional offers at bik33 are subject to specific terms. By claiming any bonus, including the welcome bonus, you agree that you have accepted the associated terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 10 times.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,500; deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total of ৳13,000.
• The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• bik33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Jackpot winnings earned with bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

Specific rules apply to each game and betting category on bik33. All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, bik33 reserves the right to make the appropriate decision.
• In the event of a system error or incorrectly displayed odds or payouts, bik33 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.
• Each game has its own payout structure and rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

Sports Betting

• The results of all sports events, including cricket, football, and kabaddi, will be determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant governing body.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, the related bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• For any tournament including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, the decision of the organizing body is final.

7 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bik33 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

• Placing bets using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Coordinating bets with other members ("collusion").
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using a false identity or registering with another person's information.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward other members.
• Unauthorised copying or distribution of Platform content.

8 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

Account Closure by bik33

bik33 may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In proven cases of violation of the Terms.
• On suspicion of fraud, forgery, or money laundering.
• In cases of providing false information.
• If identified as a minor.

Account Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. All outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed, and any withdrawable balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The bik33 platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis. bik33's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss caused by errors in third-party game provider software.
• Session loss caused by issues with your own device or network.
• Unauthorised access by a third party resulting from leaving account information insecure.

bik33 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons and bik33 is not liable for these.
